Account Registration Account Application

Right - you have an interest in joining us- there are two things you need to do. Register on the site (if you have not done this click registration above) and if you want a trade account download the account application above.
We have to approve your application even if you want to pay by credit card. However we can do this very quickly and you may want to phone us if you need to place an urgent order.

OK - I like what I see - am I eligible for a trade account? If you are running a business that supplies Computers, Audio Visual or office supplies then you should be eligible. We regret that we cannot supply non VAT registered business or those who are making a second income selling Audio Visual Products
Can you ship direct to my customers? Of Course we can - as long as we have verified you as a customer and you have passed our fraud checks. We ship most goods for next day delivery in the UK..
Can I buy from you today if I complete the form? In most cases yes - as we can verify items electronically. However you may have to pay by debit or credit card as we will not have the chance to take references
What payment terms do you offer? We offer a standard 30 day net of shipment account. However if you have a particularly large contract we are happy to look at requests on a case by case basis.  
  How will I know if the goods have been shipped? You will get an email confirmation with the courier and tracking number with a link to their site. You will also have a link for the Proof of Delivery.
